Network Administrator
Looking for a Jr Network Administrator for a global manufacturing company! The IT team is rapidly growing under new leadership.
This will be ideal for someone with growth aspirations who is able to work independently with minimal instruction.
Required Qualifications and Skills Must have a solid understanding of fundamental network design and operation.
Must have a solid understanding of TCP/IP.
Must have intermediate level experience with layer 2 and layer 3 networking.
Must have intermediate level experience with Cisco in both routing and switching environments.
Must have intermediate level experience with routing protocols.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in verbal and written forms.
Must be able to be in rotation for on-call duty shifts during off hours.
Able to apply logic and reasoning skills to troubleshoot problems.
Able to work independently and as part of the IT team.
Qualifications Enhancements Familiarity with Windows Server platform Experience with VMware, preferably ESXi 6.
5 Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN Knowledge of Meraki and Juniper.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
