La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Territory Manager.

Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for new business development, sales growth and account management of support and services to both established and potential IQAir customers. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for continually refining their strategic business plan to ensure they are growing their territory at a double-digit growth rate.
The Territory Manager plays a vital role in fostering the company's reputation and image while promoting products in a highly professional, ethical, and knowledgeable manner.
Our corporate office is based out of La Mirada, California; this position is 75% in the office and 25 % travel in assigned territory.

Responsibilities
The primary objective of this position is to educate and establish new dealers on Air Cleaning Devices and to increase sales and customer loyalty with existing dealers through training, lead generation and direct communication.
Daily and on-going prospecting and dealer communication
Meet and exceed assigned geographic territory forecast. This will be accomplished by actively pursuing new sales opportunities and by effectively establishing strong business relationships with our current client base. Provide product technical support to prospects, dealers and end-users
Monitor and track sales of IQAir products and effectively and proactively communicate in the market
Effectively identify emerging markets for growth opportunity, ability to plan and execute calls to dealer prospects
Determine product forecasts, identify sales trends and market opportunities, and develop new accounts
Oversee and manage customer relationships to insure customer satisfaction and future sales growth and customer loyalty
Tasks such as providing quotes, proposals, and monitoring key accounts
Pro-actively communicate new product offerings, market changes, and sales information to our dealer network is essential to developing and growing customer relationships and developing customer loyalty
Market all products in assigned geographic territory
Identify and develop sales opportunity pipelines through cold calling, phone prospecting and in field
Ability to establish and build effective working relationships and partnerships with clients
Ability to encourage, influence, and guide clients in learning and improving effectiveness in their sales process
Anticipate and address client needs
Use a consultative business approach to establish long-term business partnerships
Knowledge, insight, and understanding of industry technologies
Provide monthly sales forecasting and field activities
Use CRM program
Travel to Air Cleaner trade shows, travel to customer and prospects
Other projects as assigned
Continuing development both personally and professionally

Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive sales experience, with the majority of experience being inside sales
Experience with prospecting, in the field and telephone
Highly effective communication skills, capable of adapting communication style to a varied audience
Ability to sell to multiple customer types which include retailers (online/brick & mortar), residential end-user and commercial end-user customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Continuing education in sales training.
NetSuite experience desired

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
