iOS Senior Applications Developer
Immediate opportunity for a Senior iOS Applications Developer to join an outstanding team.
We are looking for an experienced developer in standard concepts, practices, and procedures for designing and creating innovative and interactive mobile and smartphone applications
Responsibilities include Design, develop, test, document, deploy, support and sustain the mobile applications Deliver across the entire app development life cycle build, deploy, and test (concept, design, release to app stores, and support will be managed by others) Work directly with developers and product managers to build, test and release products Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects Work along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps Work with the front end designers to build the interface with focus on usability features Standardizing the platform, and in some cases apps, to deliver across multiple languages with minimal duplication of effort Optimizing performance for the apps Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
Requires a minimum of 3 years of mobile application development and implementation Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience required 508, internationalization skills, and mastery of variations on mobile platforms (I/O, BLE, libraries, etc.)
Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, BLE) Knowledge of Shinobicontrols a plus Familiar with xCode Common - Understanding of other compiled languages Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Experience of development using web and mobile technologies Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns Experience building iOS native apps Experience using web APIs Using version control (e.g. GIT) Excellent debugging and optimization skills Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word Other Requirements Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
