Chief Operating Officer

Pharmaceutical company seeks Chief Operating Officer for a Direct Hire Opportunity.
Will provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all aspects of the business. Identify opportunities for the company to leverage cross-business area strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address challenges. Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performance management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting. Develop and implement training programs and retreats to expand the capacity of all staff. Prepare and submit and annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. Ensure the continued financial viability of the organizations operational units through sound fiscal management.
External Relationship Development:
Manage and cultivate existing relationships with business partners.
Source and develop vendor relations.
Strategic Plan Implementation:
Provide leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes. Coach directors and managers as they implement the strategic plan.
Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.
Requirements:
Minimum BS/BA degree
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
Positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
