We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with medical scheduling, phone systems, and providing excellent patient service.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling software - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a medical setting as a Front Desk Receptionist or Medical Receptionist - Proficiency in using systems like Dentrix and knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Familiarity with ER procedures is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your administrative skills to support patient care.
