The Payroll Analyst, reporting to the Finance Manager, will be responsible for the support and coordination of functions related to the processing and administration of Payroll.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies in multiple states.
Transmit interface files for tax, wage payments, garnishments and ACH each payroll.
Process off cycle Manual payments.
Trouble shoots Kronos issues at the Operating Unit and assists with processing time files each week as needed.
Ensure that payroll processes follow company policies and comply with state and federal regulations/industry standards.
Maintain high level of subject matter knowledge.
Responsible for timely and accurate data input and audit of payroll information.
Processing and distribution of required payroll reports.
Support Associate Services(HR)/Payroll at the Operating Unit Audit payroll data, deductions and employee/employer taxes for accuracy.
Ad hoc payroll reporting.
Assist Finance Manager with tax reporting and reconciliations.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have at least two years of high volume, multi-state/multi-tax, payroll processing experience, preferably in an In-house payroll environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desired.
FPC or CPP a plus.
Accounting/general ledger reconciliation experience desirable.
Experience with UltiPro and Kronos highly desirable.
Excel - Mid to Advance Level - Pivot Tables Formula and VLOOKUP's Analytical thinker, able to problem-solve and trouble-shoot.
Self-motivated and dedicated to excelling in the role.
Maintains high level of confidentiality.
Proven ability to work with deadlines and high volume.
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Minimum two years Garnishment processing experience.
Excellent computer (Excel, Word) and office skills.
Good oral and written communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of associates, to organize and prioritize workload, and management skills.
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
